Skills Development
After working closely with boda-boda riders, we've come to recognize them as genuine businesspeople striving to earn an honest living by providing transportation services. Despite being overlooked due to a few negative instances, they deserve recognition and support. As part of our commitment to "LIFT" and "HOLISTIC SOLUTIONS," we've developed a 10-week skills development program for boda boda riders. For one day each week for 10 weeks, we meet with our riders and take them through various training courses in:
- Safe Riding
- First Aid
- Defensive Riding
- Personal Finance (Budgeting, Business Management, Saving & Investing)
- Customer Service
- Personal Grooming
- Support for Substance Abuse
- Health & Wellness (Mental and Physical)

We value our interactions with boda boda riders and actively participate in community meetings. These meetings cover various topics, such as land ownership issues, financial discussions for their businesses, and religious gatherings.
